My Promise, A New Rule
@Justahornydoll - thank you! The UK is 8 hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time, so 23:00 here is 15:00 there.
We're 5 hours ahead of the US east coast, so that would 18:00 for people there.
There are a couple of weeks in the year when the time gap is different because the US changes its clocks on different dates to everyone else. But for most of the year, that's the time difference.
Master gave me a task this morning, to spend the day thinking up something that would make him happy, to thank him and Alouette for punishing me and taking care of me.
I thought of a lot of directly sexy things I could let him do. But I wanted something that would stay and would:

A thing that I know makes Master concerned sometimes is sleep or lack of it. I have to get up early to go to work and I am often not very good at going to bed early. Sometimes when he is worried, he has instructed me to go bed early, or put me in my blackout hood for quiet restful time.
But it has not been a hard and fast rule. Until now. My promise to him is that I will take better care of myself and my sleep.
So from now on, I promise Master that I will not stay up too late on nights when I have to get up early for work in the morning. That means Sunday through to Thursday nights.
I promised him that on those nights I will go to bed by 23:00 (11pm) at the very latest. Even if Master and Alouette are staying up later. And I will be trying to sleep by that time and not reading or looking at naughty things on the internet or playing with myself.
I will be a good girl and get more rest and obey him. I will be better and healthier if I do this.
Master does not have eyes everywhere and I am sneaky. So to help me keep my promises, if anyone notices that I am reblogging or commenting or posting here on a work night and it is after 23:00 UK time, do feel free to send me a message or a reblog reminding me that I am being disobedient and that I must tell Master and ask him to punish me for breaking my promise.
